INFINITY Building awarded the SIL 2024 Prize for Best Residential Real Estate Development

The INFINITY building, located in Sete Rios and developed by Vanguard Properties, was the big winner at the Lisbon Real Estate Show - SIL - winning the prize for Best Residential Real Estate Development.

The building, completed in 2023, had already won over the Portuguese, who represent the majority of the residents of this emblematic project in the city of Lisbon. With an exclusive work by Joana Vasconcelos, the art, the quality of the materials and the services and amenities offered are some of the features that stand out most in this property.

INFINITY, already considered one of Lisbon's most iconic buildings and one that marks the city's skyline, is located in Sete Rios, in the parish of Campolide, and is one of the largest housing projects in the city of Lisbon - it has 26 floors above ground and more than 50,000 m2 of construction area. It has 195 apartments ranging from T0 to T6 Duplex and 352 parking spaces. The architecture of the building is the responsibility of the Saraiva+Associados studio, which has a concentric layout made up of three “wings” connected to a central core, each with its own designation and typological organization: River, Nature and City. The building was built by Mota-Engil.

Some of the duplex apartments have garden terraces with double-height ceilings. The interior design of the common areas was carried out by the prestigious Casa do Passadiço. In the lobby, the piece of art created exclusively for INFINITY by Joana Vasconcelos stands out. Part of the “Pinturas em Crochet” (Crochet Paintings) series developed since 2009 and from which were born pieces scattered throughout major museums and international collections, “Infinity Landscape” by the artist Joana Vasconcelos is a site-specific work, designed and produced especially for the Infinity Tower. The piece is made up of countless handmade figures in single crochet stitch, each one essential to the composition of an immersive and interactive landscape where the abstract and natural worlds meet through the rhythm of gradient color and volumetry.

At the same time, the INFINITY condominium offers a range of amenities that are truly unique in the country, on a par with the best hotels. Highlights include an outdoor swimming pool on the 24th floor, with infinity and panoramic views over the city, an indoor swimming pool for adults (24.5 x 5 m) and another for children, two party rooms, a state-of-the-art gym equipped with Technogym machines, kids club, a spa, meeting rooms, co-working spaces and an interior courtyard with extensive garden areas complemented by a paddle tennis court.

INFINITY also stands out for the services it offers its residents, such as a concierge service available to respond to requests for transportation, catering, cleaning and laundry, as well as shopping and show tickets, among many others.

This building will also have a direct pedestrian and cycle path connection to Monsanto Forest Park, which will allow its residents to enjoy the more than 900 hectares of green spaces.
